Payment methods and terms

● The credit card will be charged the full amount according to the terms of the accepted offer.
● We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Maestro and Visa

● The credit card will be charged in the currency shown on the offer/proforma invoice and issued invoice.
● Your personal data, as well as your credit card details, are fully protected. Data transfer takes place via a secure server.
● Refunds to the credit card are processed under the following conditions:
-A refund can be requested within 7 days
-The refund will be processed in the same way as the original transaction
● In case it is not possible to charge the credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the order

Statement on the protection, collection and use of personal data

Dubrovnik Booker d.o.o. collects only the necessary, basic personal data of customers that is required to fulfill business obligations. The collected personal data is strictly protected, used only for the purposes for which it was collected, and access to it is granted only to authorized employees.

Dubrovnik Booker d.o.o. uses the WSPay system for online payments.
WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. WSPay ensures secure entry and transfer of entered card data for both the customer and the merchant, as confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate held by WSPay. WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when entering and transmitting data.

Dubrovnik Booker d.o.o. uses Monri WSPay for online payments.
Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. Statement on the protection of personal data transfer


Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union.
Council Regulation No. 2016/679 – the Regulation and implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
WSPay, as the processor for credit card authorization and payment processing, handles personal data in the capacity of a data processor and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679, as well as in accordance with the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on the protection of data entry and transmission.
WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when entering and transmitting data.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and payment processing, or for fulfilling obligations under the Agreement or based on the Agreement, are considered confidential data.
WSPay does not process or use personal data except for the purpose of executing the contract, authorization, and payment processing.
WSPay guarantees compliance with all conditions set by applicable personal data protection regulations for data processors, and in particular the implementation of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, as confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
