Dubrovnik Booker d.o.o. is committed to protecting the personal data of customers by collecting only the necessary, basic customer/user data required to fulfill our obligations; informing customers about the way collected data is used; and regularly giving customers the option to decide on the use of their data, including the option of deciding whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly protected and available only to employees who require such data to perform their work. All employees of Dubrovnik Booker d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

All payments will be made in the Croatian currency. The amount charged to your credit card account is obtained through the conversion of the price from another currency into EUR according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. During the charging process on your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card association. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference compared to the original price stated on our website.

STATEMENT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER

Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council No. 2016/679 – Regulation and implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Monri WSPay, as the processor for credit card authorization and payment processing, handles personal data in the capacity of a data processor and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council No. 2016/679, as well as according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation for the protection of data entry and transmission.

Monri WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when entering and transmitting data.

Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and payment processing, or for fulfilling obligations under or based on the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

The following personal data of the customer is required for the execution of the Agreement (authorization and payment processing):

Monri WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purpose of executing the authorization and payment processing agreement.

Monri WSPay guarantees compliance with all conditions prescribed by applicable personal data protection regulations for data processors, and in particular the implementation of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, as additionally confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
